First Solar is hiring a Human Resources Generalist III to support designated U.S. geographic regions and 24/7 manufacturing operations. The role manages HR policies, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training, recruitment, compliance, records, reporting, and employee communications; partners with manufacturing supervisors and other leaders; and provides guidance to managers. It requires at least five years of human resources experience, employee relations experience, knowledge of employment and labor laws, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to work independently and in a team. The position has no direct reports, requires no regular travel outside the work site, and offers an estimated annual salary of $70,200 to $100,000.
