National Heritage Academies is hiring a PS Technology Consultant – Total Rewards to support Oracle Fusion HCM’s benefits, compensation, and absence management modules. The role covers benefits enrollment, life events, compensation processes, annual open enrollment and compensation cycles, vendor integrations, file feeds, system updates, custom reporting, and full project lifecycles from requirements through implementation and documentation. The position partners with People Services, Information Technology, CRM Dynamics, and Change Management, and is an in-person role at the NHA Service Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
