The Human Resource Management internship is an immediate, full-time, at least four-month placement in the consulting firm’s Munich office. The intern supports recruiting activities such as active sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, employer branding, university partnerships, and job postings; also works with HR tools including Personio and Kantata and handles operational HR tasks. The role requires a relevant business or human resources degree, initial HR experience, and the ability to work independently and reliably.
