Description
The HR Manager is an on-site, full-time operational HR leader reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and supervising an HR Coordinator. The role manages employee relations, workplace investigations, multi-state employment compliance, leave and accommodation administration, HRIS data quality, healthcare workforce eligibility, policy implementation, and day-to-day HR operations across a growing multi-state healthcare organization. It also provides visible leadership and workplace support for approximately 25 headquarters employees and requires regular travel to company centers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of progressive HR experience, and offers a salary of $85,000-$100,000.
