Securitas USA is hiring a Human Resources Manager in Redmond, Washington to lead HR operations for an assigned branch or office. The role oversees employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, licensing, compliance, HR documentation, policy enforcement, and HR team development. The position requires expertise in hourly workforce management, employment laws, HRIS, reporting, and coaching, with at least 3–4 years of full-cycle HR experience preferred. The salary range is $125,000 to $130,000 annually.
