Conifer Park is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to support recruitment, job requisitions, onboarding, employee files, credential and licensing compliance, healthcare requirements, employee engagement, and employee relations across its inpatient and outpatient sites. The role requires an associate degree with 2–3 years of human resources experience or a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in a fast-paced human resources department, along with strong communication, organizational, computer, and customer service skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a stated salary of $24.04 to $28.85.
