Description
The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a full-time, exempt HR Compliance Analyst to support its HR compliance governance program. The role coordinates regulatory changes, monitors compliance obligations and risks, maintains compliance inventories and reporting, supports audits and vendor relationships, and improves compliance processes across HR functions. It is available remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates based in the New England region who can travel to the Worcester office as needed. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant HR, compliance, HR operations, employee relations, payroll, benefits, HR technology, or related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
