Description
The Human Resources Information Systems Technical Advisor serves as the HQ Air Force Materiel Command technical advisor for HR data automation, reporting, program evaluation, and complex developmental studies. The role applies advanced HRIS concepts, database coding and logic, data analytics, business-process reengineering, and senior-level briefing and consensus-building skills to improve HR information systems and advise command leadership. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03 or equivalent GS-13 level, U.S. citizenship, and the appropriate security clearance; the position may require travel, shift work, emergency overtime, and other non-normal duty hours.
