The Human Services Worker will supervise and monitor residents in Waterbury Transitional Housing, maintain a safe and secure environment, de-escalate conflicts, mediate resident issues, conduct intake, admissions, head counts, searches, drug testing, and incident documentation, and support resident accountability. The role is a second-shift, Monday-Friday position paying $22.50 per hour, with medical and dental insurance through Cigna and other benefits.
