Community Partners in Action is hiring a bilingual Human Services Worker for its Work Release Program in Hartford, Connecticut. The part-time role requires 32 hours per week split between second- and third-shifts and pays $22.50 per hour. Responsibilities include supervising and monitoring residents, maintaining a safe and secure environment, mediating conflicts, conducting facility rounds and searches, administering drug testing and breathalyzers, documenting incidents, and supporting resident needs.
