Human Services Worker-Bilingual, Transitional Housing Program at Community Partners in Action

Community Partners in Action is hiring a part-time Human Services Worker for its Hartford Transitional Housing program. The role works the second shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM for 32 hours per week at $22.50 and involves supervising residents, maintaining a safe and secure environment, mediating conflicts, conducting intake and admissions, monitoring visitors and client locations, performing searches and drug testing, completing incident documentation, and following emergency and facility procedures. A high school diploma or GED, prior human-services experience with justice-involved clients, crisis-management skills, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, reliable transportation, and bilingual Spanish/English ability are preferred or required.
