Ripple Effect is hiring a fully remote, part-time Human Subjects Educator and Communications Consultant to support the Office for Human Research Protections within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The role develops and delivers training, webinars, guidance, communications, and other educational products on human subjects research protections, Common Rule compliance, research ethics, and IRB operations. It also manages concurrent education and outreach projects, coordinates stakeholders, monitors regulatory developments, maintains documentation, supports quality improvement, and mentors junior staff. A bachelor's degree in health or science and 10+ years of relevant professional experience are required.
