MANTECH is hiring a full-time Human Systems Integration Expert for a hybrid Washington, D.C. position requiring one day onsite and four days remote per week. The role serves as a senior subject matter expert and technical authority for human systems integration, defining personnel, training, policies, processes, and devices; leading tests and technical demonstrations; supporting human performance objectives; directing junior and intermediate engineers; and bridging mission requirements with technical implementation for DHS and Department of War acquisition projects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, psychology, or a related discipline, at least 12 years of Human Systems Integration experience, DHS acquisition and systems engineering knowledge, technical writing ability, and the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance. Compensation is projected at $116,400 to $194,900, with health insurance and other benefits available.
