Motive International is hiring a full-time, permanent Humanitarian Affairs Expert/Exercise Designer to support the U.S. Army’s Mission Command Training Program at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The role designs civil-domain elements of large-scale military exercises, supports the full exercise lifecycle, and requires on-site work with travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a minimum SECRET clearance, hold a master’s degree, have at least eight years of relevant professional experience, and have overseas experience in a complex crisis or contingency environment. The position pays $100,000–$130,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and requires permanent residence in the Fort Leavenworth area.
