The Humanitarian Operations Technical Advisor I provides deployable, technical and operational support to Catholic Relief Services (CRS) humanitarian emergency responses. This role focuses on strengthening CRS's capacity in emergency operations, particularly in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. The advisor supports various operational functions such as human resources, finance, security, ICT, administration, and fleet management, aligning with CRS operational standards and donor requirements.
