Figure is hiring a Humanoid Robot Operator for a contract-to-hire role based at a customer site in Los Angeles. The operator will work directly with humanoid robots to test and validate new behaviors and skills, ensure successful field operations, maintain equipment, run robots, identify and document bugs in Jira, and follow safety procedures for robot and teleoperation equipment. The role requires strong communication, sustained focus, prior robot or mechanical troubleshooting experience, the ability to stand and physically manage hardware for long periods, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Compensation is listed as $26-30 per hour for the full-time position, with the role expected to transition to full-time employment.
