DarkStar Intelligence is hiring a full-time, on-site HUMINT Targeting Specialist in Washington, D.C. to support a government client by conducting all-source HUMINT analysis, identifying targets, supporting collection and operational planning, producing Targeting Packages, and using intelligence databases such as TAC and Palantir. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, eight years of directly related experience, HUMINT targeting certification, and active TS/SCI clearance with a counterintelligence polygraph; U.S. citizenship is required, while strategic HUMINT, TF or SOF support, and strategic foreign intelligence collection experience are preferred.
