Description
NEXTDC is hiring a national High Voltage (HV) Engineer based in Sydney to provide technical leadership across its growing HV infrastructure. The role owns the HV operating framework, regulatory compliance, risk governance, switching programs, protection coordination, relay settings, RMU procedures, design reviews, and support for testing, commissioning, maintenance, capital projects, and fault response. It requires at least eight years of experience with HV electrical systems in mission-critical, utility, power generation, large industrial, or hyperscale data centre environments, along with relevant authorisations, electrical licences, knowledge of AS/NZS standards and network operator requirements, and experience working with utilities and regulators.
