Description
Rosendin is hiring an HV Engineering Manager to oversee and mentor engineering staff and subcontractors delivering high-voltage substation and transmission line designs for renewable energy construction projects. The role reviews designs, equipment specifications, contracts, utility and interconnection requirements, technical studies, and engineering standards; supports estimating, procurement, project closeout, quality assurance, value engineering, business development, and client coordination. It requires an engineering or construction sciences degree or equivalent relevant background, 6–8 years of experience in renewable HV substation and transmission construction, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with power-system analysis software, and up to 20% travel.
