Rambøll is hiring an HV Technical Scope Manager for its Power Systems department in Norway. The role leads multidisciplinary project teams delivering high-voltage design and engineering solutions, manages client relationships, tenders, contracts, stakeholder coordination, technical and commercial project aspects, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or a related field, extensive high-voltage substation or overhead-line design and project-execution experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of transmission systems and SCADA, client-facing experience, and proficiency in Norwegian and English.
