The role manages HVAC and supply-engineering projects from design and planning through installation, acceptance, and handover for industrial, commercial, and public-sector customers. Responsibilities include processing inquiries and bills of quantities, leading technical and commercial project teams, and preparing variations, change orders, and claims. The profile requires a relevant engineering or technician qualification, hands-on executing or contracting experience, knowledge of industrial piping and plant construction, a class B driver’s license, and very good German skills.
