INSTEK GmbH is hiring a full-time HVAC construction-site manager in Königswiesen, Upper Austria. The role manages large and small commercial and residential construction sites, defines and executes projects, leads installation teams, prepares quotations and tenders, handles bathroom planning for private customers, and coordinates customers, fitters, and suppliers. Applicants need a completed apprenticeship and hands-on experience; several years of HVAC, plumbing, or sanitary experience are desirable, along with a class B driver’s license. The position offers flexible working hours, a possible four-day week, a company car, and a possible company apartment.
