Description
The on-site project leader plans, executes, and closes control systems projects for assigned customers, coordinating hardware design, system programming, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, customers, warranty, costs, billings, collections, and change orders. The role requires a technical associate degree, two years of field experience or four years of equivalent related experience in building automation, project management experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include HVAC and control-programming experience, project accounting knowledge, digital HVAC controls commissioning experience, and personal-vehicle travel.
