EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is hiring an HVAC Controls Technician to support HVAC and Energy Management Control System operations at U.S. Army Base Fort Jackson. The role involves monitoring and adjusting HVAC and refrigeration equipment; setting up, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and calibrating EMCS electronic controls; modifying and diagnosing programming logic and coding; and maintaining related control systems. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of relevant experience, an EPA Universal Refrigeration License, a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license, U.S. citizenship for military installation access, and experience with Johnson Controls Facility Explorer/Niagara 4, CCT, Metasys, and Distech platforms. The position pays $100,000–$110,000 DOE and includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.
