Hoffmann Brothers is hiring an HVAC Coordinator to coordinate commercial HVAC service, maintenance, installation support, scheduling, dispatch, customer and field-professional communication, maintenance agreements, parts and warehouse needs, time-sheet audits, documentation, and invoicing. The role requires strong organization, time management, communication, data-entry, and multitasking abilities; HVAC or home-service coordination experience is preferred, and ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus.
