Takeda is hiring a full-time HVAC Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead the HVAC discipline for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role oversees engineering delivery, team development, resource planning, GMP and regulatory compliance, technical reviews, and innovation initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, 10+ years of HVAC engineering experience in regulated industries, and expertise across concept, FEED, detailed design, construction support, and commissioning.
