Description
The employer is seeking an HVAC Engineer to design, size, and calculate complete heating, ventilation, cooling, air-treatment, and sanitary installations for new-build and renovation projects in the Antwerp region. The role includes load calculations, energy balances, EPB studies, feasibility analyses, technical specifications, CAD and BIM documentation, client and project-team advice, and support during implementation. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, HVAC experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and EPB regulations, a category B driver's license, willingness to visit sites, and a good command of Dutch.
