The Laboratory Manager oversees laboratory testing operations, including sample examination, test planning, equipment setup, procedure development, data reporting, staffing, performance management, customer and engineering communication, training, budgeting, and continuous improvement. The role requires university-level education in engineering or a related discipline, six years of directly related experience, project-management and customer-service abilities, communication and coaching skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to incorporate automation. The position is onsite, offers an estimated base salary of $85,000 to $105,000, and includes health, wellness, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
