Description
A U.S.-based commercial mechanical contractor is hiring a newly created HVAC Estimator to own commercial HVAC estimating end-to-end, including take-offs, pricing, bid packages, quote leveling, RFIs, cost databases, and post-bid reviews. The role later expands into project management support such as submittals, closeout documentation, document control, and change-order pricing. Projects include hospitality and office buildings, with planned expansion into data centers, healthcare, government, and high-rise commercial work. The position is remote, requires full-time availability during U.S. business hours, and calls for a Mechanical Engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, U.S. market experience, Bluebeam and Procore skills, and professional English.
