Description
A U.S.-based commercial mechanical contractor is hiring a full-time HVAC Estimator to own commercial HVAC estimating end-to-end, including drawing review, material and equipment take-offs, labor pricing, quote leveling, scope analysis, RFIs, addendums, and competitive bid-package submission. After becoming established in the estimating role, the position will provide increasing project-management support with submittals, closeout documentation, document control, and change-order pricing. The work covers hospitality and office projects, with planned expansion into data centers, healthcare, government, and high-rise commercial work. The role is remote and requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, U.S. market experience, strong Bluebeam skills, Procore experience, professional English, and availability during U.S. business hours.
