Description
The HVAC Estimator will report to the Estimating Manager and is responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, quotations, and contract terms to prepare cost estimates for HVAC projects and manage the bid/tendering process. The role includes identifying risks and opportunities, submitting bids, completing public tender forms, coordinating with clients and pre-construction managers, participating in site visits and kickoff meetings, and attending training and supplier presentations. It is a full-time position with flexible Monday-to-Friday hours, based on strong bilingual French and English communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and at least two years of HVAC estimating or similar experience.
