LG Electronics Canada is hiring a Field Service/Technical Support Representative/Trainer for its North York office. The hybrid role supports inbound calls from authorized LG service centers, provides technical and training support, reviews return authorizations, troubleshoots equipment, supports parts inquiries, manages service-channel policies and KPIs, and creates instructional articles or videos. The position requires at least five years of HVAC service experience, including heat pumps, along with wiring-diagram knowledge, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The expected base salary is $70,000–$80,000, with possible variable incentive pay.
