The Field Service Manager will lead and develop a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical field service team in Lynchburg, Virginia. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating dispatch and technician assignments, managing KPIs and service performance, handling customer escalations, recruiting and training technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting budgeting and staffing.
