EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is hiring an HVAC General Maintenance Worker to support mission-critical infrastructure at Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The role performs general, preventive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and related building systems, including diagnosing malfunctions, replacing parts, cleaning and lubricating machinery, inspecting motors and belts, ordering supplies, using measuring and testing instruments, and performing occasional cutting or welding. The position is non-seasonal, provides 40 hours every week, is located at the installation without travel, and offers a total compensation package of $72.86 per hour, consisting of $43.47 hourly wages and $29.39 in fringe benefits.
