EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is hiring an HVAC General Maintenance Worker at U.S. Army Base Fort Jackson. The role performs general, preventive, and corrective maintenance on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment and related building systems, including inspecting and diagnosing malfunctions, replacing parts, cleaning and lubricating components, checking motors, belts, filters, and fluid levels, ordering supplies, using measuring and testing instruments, and conducting general property cleaning. The position pays $22.49 per hour plus $5.09 in fringe benefits toward insurance and 401(k), and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience or vocational/technical training, an EPA Universal Refrigeration License, a compliant driver's license, U.S. citizenship for military-installation access, and successful drug and background screening.
