The role provides independent planning and technical consulting for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems across complex building projects. Responsibilities include developing technical and economic supply concepts, preparing tenders, supporting award processes, and managing specialist construction, cost control, and technical documentation during implementation. The position requires a degree in supply engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable field, experience designing HVAC/HP systems across multiple HOAI service phases, experience managing complex TGA projects, and proficiency with planning tools such as AutoCAD, LiNear, or similar applications.
