Description
The HVAC Install Apprentice will assist experienced technicians with installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats; prepare job sites; use hand and power tools; support measurements and equipment setup; and follow safety and installation best practices. No prior HVAC experience is required, but applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass background and drug screening, and the ability to lift and move equipment. The role offers competitive starting pay of $16.00–$19.00 per hour, performance-based incentives, training and certification support, and medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and paid holiday benefits.
