Description
Rodenhiser is hiring an HVAC Installer to assist lead installers with residential and commercial HVAC system installations. The role includes staging jobs, maintaining organized work sites and inventory, completing paperwork, joining pipes or tubing to equipment and fuel, water, or refrigerant sources, establishing customer rapport, obtaining required certifications, and participating in training. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to learn are desired. The expected base salary is $40,000-$60,000, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, AD&D, paid time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and career development.
