Description
Topline Heating & Air is hiring an entry-level Residential HVAC Install Helper to assist a Lead Installer with residential HVAC installations. Responsibilities include equipment removal and installation, duct repair or replacement, soldering, venting, refrigerant leak detection, charging, recovering, and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration parameters, calculating static and CFM delivery, and basic plumbing and electrical work. The role also involves loading trucks with materials and tools and learning proper installation methods. It is a full-time Monday-to-Friday position paying $17-$20 per hour, with medical benefits, a 401(k), paid vacation, uniforms, training, and growth opportunities.
