Description
Cardinal Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is hiring an HVAC Install Lead to independently install and replace residential HVAC systems, including heating and cooling systems, garage unit heaters, humidifiers, zoning systems, ERV and HRV systems, exhaust fans, and gas-furnace pressure setups. The role also mentors junior technicians and apprentices, delivers customer service, maintains safe and organized work sites, completes documentation, and partners with customer service and dispatch teams. Candidates need 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of HVAC design, electrical and refrigeration principles; Service Titan and EPA certification are preferred.
