Description
Paso Robles Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead residential and commercial heating and air conditioning installations. The role includes installing furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems; inspecting job sites; supervising install helpers; communicating with customers; performing start-ups, testing, and commissioning; troubleshooting; maintaining documentation; and ensuring safety and code compliance. The position requires 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions. Compensation is $60,000–$150,000 hourly, with health, dental, vision, HSA, paid time off, stock options, a 401(k), and company-provided vehicles, tools, and a gas card.
