Description
Thermal Solutions is hiring a full-time HVAC Install Technician in the Raleigh–Durham area, based in Youngsville, North Carolina. The role installs and replaces residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas packs, package units, and mini-splits; installs and modifies ductwork; connects refrigerant piping, drains, venting, and low-voltage wiring; verifies system operation; and maintains clean, safe job sites. The position requires at least two years of residential HVAC installation experience, a valid driver’s license, basic hand tools, and the ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions. EPA certification is preferred or obtainable, and sheet metal experience is listed. The schedule is Monday through Friday with consistent workflow, occasional peak-season adjustments, and occasional crossover into other HVAC projects. Pay is $25–$32 per hour based on experience, with a sign-on bonus, paid training, PTO, health insurance stipend, retirement matching, uniforms, and a boot allowance.
