Description
Rodenhiser is hiring an HVAC Installation Technician to lead new HVAC system installations from video preview through the Install System process. The role includes completing jobs on time and under budget, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating with project managers and install coordinators, managing job sites and trucks, completing follow-up calls, training apprentices, and maintaining accurate paperwork. EPA certification, HVAC installation training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license are desired; oil burner experience is a plus. The expected base salary is $50,000-$125,000, with possible bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, AD&D, paid time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and career development.
