HVAC Installer – Clean Climate HVAC is a full-time role installing heating, cooling, ventilation, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and related systems in residential and light commercial settings. Responsibilities include connecting refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, ductwork, and controls; performing start-ups, testing, and adjustments; maintaining safety and documentation; communicating with customers; passing code inspections; and assisting apprentices and technicians. The role requires EPA 608 certification, a driver’s license, blueprint and wiring-diagram interpretation, mechanical and troubleshooting skills, basic electrical and refrigerant knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Preferred qualifications include experience with Trane, Mitsubishi, or Navien, sheet metal and duct installation, gas piping and venting, ServiceTitan, and a CT Mechanical contractor’s licence. Compensation is listed as 35–45, with health, dental, retirement, paid training, bonuses, overtime, a company vehicle, and uniforms.
