Description
Comfort Solutions is hiring HVAC Installation Leads to oversee residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects. The role leads installation of systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats; supervises and mentors apprentices and install team members; coordinates job-site logistics, timelines, and materials; communicates with customers; maintains safe and organized job sites; and ensures work meets code and company quality standards. Candidates need 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, EPA and RMGA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.
