The Maintenance HVAC Technician operates, maintains, troubleshoots, calibrates, and repairs HVAC, refrigeration, chilled-water, boiler, electrical, mechanical, and building systems. The role includes emergency and preventative maintenance, warranty services, safety compliance, and work at heights using ladders and lifts. It pays $28.00–$38.00 per hour and requires 3–5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, a high school diploma or GED, and U.S. work authorization.
