Hoover is hiring a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose and troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems, perform whole-home safety inspections, educate homeowners, recommend upgrades and preventative maintenance, and prepare estimates and documentation in ServiceTitan. The role offers $23–$28 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation, dispatch from home, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, paid time off, and a company vehicle. Candidates need at least 1.5 years of residential HVAC experience, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.
