Description
The role performs preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on hospital HVAC, electrical, utility, boiler, pump, air-compressor, and other building and production systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspections, chemical water-system testing, equipment operation, safety and infection-control compliance, and coordination with hospital departments. The position requires high school completion or a GED, a valid driver’s license, welding ability, and at least 10 years of job-related experience, with 5 years of maintenance experience and hospital or HVAC experience preferred.
