Description
The HVAC Mechanic III will perform repairs, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, cooling towers, and related plant equipment in El Segundo, California. The role also involves monitoring building automation systems, maintaining service records, working on an on-call basis, and following a 9/80A schedule. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of HVAC and related mechanical experience, basic HVAC tools, a Universal EPA License 608, an active California driver's license, and experience in a central plant or maintenance trades.
