EMI Services is hiring an HVAC Operations Specialist at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to support commercial and industrial HVAC maintenance and service operations. The role coordinates preventive maintenance, service calls, work orders, scheduling, procurement, vendor and subcontractor activities, reporting, documentation, and customer service, while assisting technicians and management with operational workflows. The position pays $28.10 per hour plus $15.25 in fringe benefits and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, a valid driver’s license, and U.S. citizenship.
